Confirmed Service Customer
I bought two trucks from this dealership in August. A 2019 GMC Yukon Denali and a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD. The Denali was a clean purchase with the exception of the wireless headphones. Evidently they were in the vehicle but got poached by somebody - and ended up not being available when the truck was purchased. Not a deal breaker, just disappointing to know they were there...until the weren't. On the Silverado, it came in on Monday - we had issues with the truck starting in "drive" mode vs. "Remote" mode. I came back Tuesday after being informed the truck was good to go - only to experience the same issues from the day before. That was disappointing to say the least...I was not happy. To the dealerships credit, they did run to Weatherford to get a new module and get it programmed. The truck probably could have been picked up on Wednesday, but out of an abundance of caution, they kept it till Thursday to be sure it would start correctly when it was cold. I got the truck on Thursday and it has been fine ever since. This is the first time I've purchased a new truck for me in 20 years. To get excited, then deflated, then excited, then deflated - it sucks to be honest. These things happen, I understand. I'm still providing fairly high marks because the staff was helpful and concerned. I'm not sure what happened with the telling me it was good when it wasn't, but I'll let y'all work that part of it out!
