had appointment for service and tire rotation @ 7am. was first in line @ 6:40. service took 2 HR and 15 min. which seems a little extreme. had windshield wipers replaced. Don't think they were replaced as they are not working. plan to return today to have checked. I will keep returning for my service but know to drop vehicles off in lieu of waiting.
