I had made my appointment a few weeks ago online. Then I had a last minute change in schedule and wanted to make the change of the appointment online, but it seemed like I was making a new appointment, so instead I called and was able to change the appointment, luckily to a preferred time for me. When I arrived they were attentive. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, they answered my questions.
