Confirmed Service Customer
The Service Department customer service is rude. We took our vehicle there to get serviced and were turned away because you will only be assisted if you have an appointment. We set up an appt and came back the next day. We described the problem we were having with the vehicle and were informed that it could take up to 5 weeks for our vehicle to be ready and it would be best if we let the issue get worse and then bring it back. I felt as if the Advisor was trying to discourage me from getting the vehicle serviced. I left the vehicle, they called me three weeks later letting me know of course the part was not covered under warranty. I asked them to go ahead and fix it, shortly after they called and let me know the vehicle was ready. You have made me dread needing to go to the dealership to ask for my vehicle to be serviced.
