The work performed was top notch! However, I feel taken advantage of when I was charged over $70.00 for wiper blades installed. Auto parts stores install these for free!! $70.00 is way way WAY too much for this service! I feel I am owed a rebate! Or a free oil change!!

Well first of I got an appointment for Tuesday 22 i dropped it off on Saturday so it would be there first thing Tuesday for the appointment texted Robert for an update of Friday the 25 that’s when I was informed that my car would not even be looked at until the week after my appointment was made for. Not once was that ever communicated at all when I made the appointment. Then I check on it again on may 1 to see for an update they finally checked it out and they have the parts but now they don’t have the tech to get to my car and now it’s waiting again. So I check again on Monday to see what the progress is now and he finally said that they have some one to work on it and it would be done on monday later in the day I check and come to find out it would not be done yet once again. Finally Wednesday I send my wife to go get my car and then they can’t even find my car 20mins of looking for it they finally find it. Guys be aware if you buy from auto nation be ready for you cars to break down this is the 2nd time in 45 day spand that my car has been in the shop and the total amount time it was 30 days out of the 45. Very very poor communication on there part.

Well my convertible top stopped working 2 days after I bought the car. I have a 90 day full warranty and my recent visit they put in a claim for the parts to fix my top and my claim was denied. They said the parts are not covered in my 90 day warranty. So I'm not happy with that as I bought the car from AutoNation and I have been screwed. My first payment is due this week and AutoNation won't fix my car. Now Robert is someone I will work with in the future as he tries to help. I'll be giving it a few more days and if I can't get my car fixed I will be putting a lot of bad reviews on Google as I want everyone to know how AutoNation actually does business.

The last service appt. I explained that during a recall fix to the tailgate, there must have been some electrical disconnected or something. The disconnect reared its problem when I went to hookup to my trailer and there were no lights nor trailer brakes. I was advised to come back in the middle of the month as the techs aren't that busy and could take care of the issue. This appt, in the middle of the month, I was told that they weren't available again. I wasn't impressed at all. And to top it all off, I was told that the vehicle couldn't be washed this time due to my trailer hitch, which surprised me as they have been washing the vehicle with the same hitch as it has always been there.

The oil change was completed. At the start of my appointment I asked if a tire rotation would be completed and the associate said yes. The tire rotation was never completed. They found a nail in my tire and the associate told me I needed a brand new tire. After asking for a price match on the tire the associate said "it'll be easier for you to take it else where". I felt unsafe leaving the dealership when the associate told me I needed a new tire and told me to get it taken care else where. When getting a second opinion at a tire store. The associate at a second location said I did not need a new tire at all. I felt like the associate at the Chevy automotive service was dishonest on diagnosing my vehicle. I left wondering if the automotive associates are truly honest and/or knowledgeable about tire maintenance.

I believe my service advisor wants to do a good job, but has some opportunities for success. I came in for an oil change and to get an estimate for some body damage. My truck was taken in right away. While waiting I went over to the parts counter and bought some puddle lights, then asked my advisor to have them installed. When the oil change was done my advisor came and got me and I asked about the body damage estimate, he walked me over to the body shop desk and gave me one of the cards for the shop. I asked him to call the body shop guy as I was there. He did and the body shop guy came to take a look. While this was going on I asked where my old puddle lights were and my advisor said they threw them away because they were old and burnt out, I said my truck isn't a year old this is the first oil change the lights were not old or burnt out. But I still didn't get them back. I then asked my advisor about the protective film stripes on the door edge as 2 were coming off. He said that is the tint people we don't deal with that. I said this is the TX package on my high country that the dealership put on so yes you do deal with the tint. He said he would call and ask. I waited a bit then walked into the service advisor area and he seemed to wonder why I was there, I reminded him about the door stripes and he then called and found out I can drive to the installer 3 min away and that they would replace them. I believe this service advisor could benefit from some customer service training and a list of resources to call or ask when he doesn't know the answer to a request.

Service Advisor, Haley Shortnacy was amazing during the entire process. Excellent communication, and always responsive when I asked her to contact me. The dealership did a decent job in light of the fact they had to haggle with GM to get appropriate parts, and approval. However, the loaner department is a joke. Had to wait a week and a half for a loaner, then when I got one their restrictions on mileage is a joke. I would have been better off going to a rental car company on day one.

I've been going here for six years and this is the first time I was let down. I came in for a emissions inspection at 0730 on a Saturday and was told they were out of state credits. I’ve never had a better experience with a service department. They greeted us when we arrived and everything was completed in a timely manner. Also, I mentioned something to the service advisor about an issue we had had several times where the windows all just rolled down automatically when I had locked the vehicle and they were up when I left. The dealership should have replaced the window that was scratched up by a razorblade. We purchased a new vehicle that should have been in pristine condition. It was very disappointing that the gentleman that came outside to look at the window showed no concern or understanding about the window being scratched up after it came back from being washed and cleaned, (that wasn't even done right- there were smears on the windows). The rest of the experience was great and our salesperson, Chaucer was awesome.

My vehicle went into the service department for transmission issues and I was originally told that the transmission shop was about 12 weeks behind and it would be that long before they could look at the vehicle. The vehicle ended up being repaired and returned in less than a month. The service advisor, Brendan, did an excellent job keeping me posted on a weekly basis of the status of my vehicle. The ONLY reason this is not a 5 star review is because it was recommended to me that the vehicle also needed an alignment, which I did authorize. When I got the vehicle back and went to document the service completed, I noticed that Auto Nation NRH had recommended and completed an alignment on this vehicle on 4/29/2025, just 2 months prior. The vehicle only had a few miles put on it from 4/29 to 6/14 when it was inducted for the transmission. No repairs to the transmission should have warranted ANOTHER alignment. I will ensure to check all history of repairs prior to authorizing any recommended repairs by the Auto Nation NRH Service Department.

Brendan goes above and beyond! Was having problems with my TPM sensors, he went and grabbed a technician who tested them on the spot in case I didn't have to wait or it was a quick fix like just a relearn. They ended up needing to be replaced, but was in and out quick!

Showed up and told salesman we were interested in purchasing 2 vehicles with 2 trade-ins. At first he was all for it, he wanted to complete the first sale first before staring the 2nd one to not get numbers confused which I understood, but after first sale completed he just went cold on the second one saying it wasn’t going to work, we couldn’t do it he didn’t even care to run numbers or anything just stopped caring. Ive already answered this once on the text follow up, but apparently you guys are disorganized on that front too since you keep asking for the same info. 1. Service advisor was friendly and respectful, I have nothing negative to say other than he could not provide the info I needed. Not his fault, the tech did not provide the info. 2. I added front end alignment to work order based on SA's recommendation. When I picked up truck, was informed proper alignment could not be accomplished. After asking repeatedly for the reason as to why, could not get an explanation beyond "maybe something was bent or damaged". Not a very satisfying answer from the folks you are trusting to do the work. Did not get charged. 3. Had a vehicle wash on the ticket. Did not get washed as apparent when picking up. Was told "carwash did not like your trailer hitch". Ok, fine. Never mind its the same hitch that has been on there every time you have washed it since the day I bought it. I could have easily removed it had I been informed it was a problem. 4. Received an invoice via text that had prices listed almost twice as high as I have been charged previously. Thankfully it did not match the actual pricing when I picked the vehicle up. Not a huge thing, but just reinforces the level of disconnect across the entire experience. I'm not sure what is going on at this dealership right now. My many earlier experiences here have always been fantastic. It's the reason I come here and pay "dealership" prices for basic service work. I had actually planned to buy my next vehicle here. I'm really hoping this was just a really bad day and not the new norm.

The sales team was great. I came in and worked with Issac to secure 2 cars. I came in fully financed for a vehicle thru my preferred credit union and when the Finance team got involved it was hell. In fact so much I reached out to a Chevrolet dealer in Arlington who could “accept” financing from an out of state bank. It’s like the finance team was operating in the 1800s. What was even more annoying was the financing offered for the other vehicle weren’t all in state banks. In fact when i said if i can’t use my bank for one of these cars im leaving, the finance team tried to convince me to go with theirs and then refinance as if my credit score is some joke. It was ridiculous. Isaac is the only reason the deal was done because i wanted to let him know he wasn’t the reason we were leaving. He said wait and then all of a sudden things got taken care of.

My service technician Michael was good. The service completed was terrible. Took my truck in Saturday for an oil change and alignment. Once complete driving home truck was pulling to the left. I was scheduled to return on Tuesday for a brake sensor issue so I brought it up then. Brake sensor issue - i was told my inner brake pad was at minimum specs on a 15,500 mile truck. I had to get it fixed so I told them proceed. When I arrived yesterday afternoon I asked my technician to go over it with me and I wanted to see the pads. He went over it and took me back to see the pads. The pads still had I would say 70-80% life on them. I told him that this was ridiculous. What i assume is a manager was there in a white shirt, he stated I did had enough life on those to last. I looked at him and said so I am paying $530 to just clear the alarm on my truck and he said pretty much. I asked about the alignment and my technician stated his install technician Saturday did not complete it correctly. I will be contacting Chevorlet management to try and get my money back for this. I honestly believe the told me the brakes were bad just so it was not a warranty issue on the brake sensor.

I had gone into a department store to make a purchase. When I came back to my car to start it, it wouldn't start. I didn't think it was the battery since I had it replaced a few months before. I had my car towed to the dealership and left it there since it was after closing. Haley, my advisor, called me the next morning to check with me what was wrong with my car. After explaining the situation, she said they would check it out and let me know what they find. Haley kept me informed of the findings. It was the starter. Also noted in the findings was a transmission wire that was loose. After the repairs were completed, Haley let me know and confirmed what was covered under warranty. Haley was very helpful throughout the process. She is a pleasure to work with.

While Kendrick was very professional I was disappointed about how coupon offers about oil change are just words. I had an AutoNation coupon for synthetic oil $39.95 and i still end up paying $82.41 I just had a blowout tire on the way to the dealership and i didn't have time to dispute it. Can you break it down to make sense? I do understand the coupon was only for 6 qts and I need it to pay 2 qts . I know for sure tha I got overcharged and the coupon wasn't completely honored Also the coupon didn't stated that oil filter is not included. I end up paying double than the offer, perhaps more than double 😔

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Received photos of recommendations but no option to choose or deny services. It took roughly 90 minutes to complete 2 services. When checking out, my advisor attempted to resolve the matter of services recommended but was unable. He stated it was a new thing with GM and was probably not working properly. My key lock was originally in a bag in spare compartment when arrived. When I left it was in cup holder and without the bag. Vehicle was clean when I got it.

I have no problem with AutoNation Chevrolet, except that every time I go for an oil change (it’s not like I’m driving for a living), they ALWAYS find at minimum $1500.00 worth of work that needs to be done. Either someone is tampering with my car before every oil change or maybe I need to consider buying a different brand. Other than that, my service technician Michael Spivey was great.

He checked me in, then continued to show me under the hood about my liquids, etc. getting settled In in the waiting room and I get a text updating me, then shortly after I get one tell me it was complete. I made an appointment for a program oil change on my Corvette . An advisor met me at my car in the bay, found my reservation, immediately took my car for the maintenance. The service team was able to complete the work that needed to be done under warranty within a week and everyone was nice. The only thing I would improve is communication and updates. I was not given any time frame on when my vehicle was expected to be done and the website to check the status was never updated- stressful when you are having to borrow a car from someone. Text responses from the service advisor took very long and I had to call the service department twice to get the advisor to text me back. When I went to pick up my truck it took them a long time to bring it around because they said it was getting washed. When they rolled up it was just as dirty as when I dropped it off.

Have 2025 Colorado and the check engine light came on. Brought it in and was told it could take 5-7days for diagnostics, and 8-10weeks to repair. With NO loaner car. So I got the truck back , with cleared code(no repair), and door has a new dent. Best part is the check engine light is back on! Haily is very helpful ( service advisor) .Ray( shuttle driver )was awesome aslo. However with my brand new truck still isn’t fixed.

Everything was on time, and the rep called me about a tire issue with options. The car was ready on time. My only concern is the dealerships policy of not reserving the part needed for the recall. It is, first come, first serve, even when you have booked a reservation. The bottom line is that I booked a reservation late in the afternoon for 9:00 am the next day. If someone comes in between those times they will sell the part, and I am on the wait list. I experienced this during COVID and my truck sat at the dealership for a month.

Service as was explained by the service writer about the transmission delay. It was better than I expected. I have one question regarding the performance with the rebuilt transmission. The shift points have moved to about 1,000 RPM higher than with the original transmission. is there a setting that was not set correctly? If the 4 cylinder engine was selected instead of the 3.8 liter V-6 that is installed I could expect the higher RPM. If the setting is based on (or inside) the rebuilt transmission then is the rpm correct for the engine?
