Normally, we have a good experience at this dealership. However, this day the dealership was in total chaos! I made an appointment for 10:30 a.m. only to find out, upon arrival, that the procedure is 'first come, first served.' In my opinion, if customers make an appointment, that appointment should be HONORED and the customers that do NOT make an appointment get to do the 3+ hour wait. Call me crazy but, appointments should be HONORED. Pretty sure a woman could handle this mess and straighten it out immediately. Cheers! ~Deborah Grimes 817.703.4288

A/C was going in and out. Dealer tried to isolate issue and was unable to duplicate. They did NOT charge me the diagnostic fee and recommended I bring it back in if it acted up so they could chase down and repair the issue. That is solid service.
Marco, we are deeply disappointed by your lackluster experience at AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills. We'd like the opportunity to make this up to you, so if you're willing, please contact our General Manager at (817) 485-0400. We hope to hear from you.
You made my claim on my vehicle take an extra week and a half since you made me drop off my truck off at the collision center instead of the actual shop for the diagnostics for the hydro locked engine verification for my Insurance to state it as a total loss. Other than that you guys are great. Just a heads up you guys do deal with insurance slightly, don't turn away people that state that literally their insurance company told them to drop off the vehicle at that specific shop so you can look at and verify that water is in the engine. I appreciate you guys, it all worked out in the end though. Thanks for your time.
Nancy at the service counter was a saint! She went above and beyond to ensure what turned out to be a two day long venture go as smoothly as possible. She kept me posted while maintaining a phone that was ringing off the hook and always found time to help the line of fellow employees who were seeking her input. I am not one who fills these things out but she deserves to be recognized. I look forward to many more service calls with her!
Hi Kyle, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. The staff at AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills take our reviews very seriously. We'd like the opportunity to make this up to you, so if you're willing, please contact our General Manager at (817) 485-0400. We hope to hear from you.
After 3 attempts at getting my oil leak fixed and also telling them what was wrong they finally fixed it. Jerry in the used car reconditioning department was really nice and easy to deal with. My issue is that I have owned this vehicle for appx 2 months and it has been in the shop a total of 1 1/2 months of that time. I have got to drive the vehicle a total of 3 weeks of that time and now it is back in the shop getting the transmission fixed due to internal failure. The dealership is now not wanting to help and I am going to be stuck with almost a $2000 repair bill on a vehicle that I have not even made a payment on and have drove less than 1500 miles. I would not buy another vehicle from here ever again if this is the level of service I come to expect.
